1. Agreement to Terms

To use our Service, you must register for an account using Google Authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, and share through the Service, including but not limited to talk details, survey questions, reviews, and prospects ("Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We do not claim ownership of your Content. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your Content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

4. Team Management

If you are a Team Owner or Team Admin, you are responsible for managing your team members. This includes inviting new members, assigning appropriate roles, and removing members. You are responsible for the actions of your team members within the scope of the permissions you grant them.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system or network.
• Breaching or otherwise circumventing any security or authentication measures.
• Accessing, tampering with, or using non-public areas of the Service.
• Uploading or sharing content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TalkLoops, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
